As a collaborator Scott’s deconstructions of the narrative were incisive and thoughtful. Not only did I find an extremely talented lyricist and composer, I found a natural-born storyteller. His understanding of particular emotional cues of certain instrumentation was quite prodigious and most importantly perhaps, he accomplished the “SLIPPER” score with wit and daring.
